Print a UPI QR code on invoices
Let the party scan and pay the exact amount from the bill.
Print a QR code on the bill and the party scans it, sees the exact amount already filled in, and pays. No typing a UPI ID, no wrong amount, no follow-up call.

Go to Admin → Settings → Invoice Settings and find UPI Payment QR.

Enter your UPI ID.

Under Print the QR on, choose which invoice series should carry it — tax, retail, or both.

Check the preview beside the field, then save.
The preview is a real QR code for your ID. Scan it with your own phone before you print a hundred bills with it.
What the party sees
The QR carries your UPI ID, your business name and the Net Payable on that invoice. When they scan it, their app opens with the amount already filled in, so they cannot pay the wrong figure by mistyping.
The QR does not record the payment
Money arrives in your bank account, not in TracEasy. You still record the receipt under Manage Payments — otherwise the invoice stays showing as unpaid.
Checking it works
Generate one invoice and scan the QR on the printed copy with a phone. You should see your business name and the invoice’s net payable. If nothing scans, the UPI ID is usually the culprit — the free UPI QR code generator will tell you whether the ID itself produces a working code.
