How it works

  1. Enter your UPI ID (like yourname@okhdfcbank) and the name customers should see.
  2. Leave the amount open for a counter display, or fix it for a single bill.
  3. Download the card as a PNG, print it, or copy the UPI link. Before you print, test it: scan with your own phone and check your name appears.

Where to use your UPI QR

  • Shop counter: print the card on A5 and place it where customers pay.
  • Invoices and bills: the free invoice generator adds a QR with the exact amount to every invoice.
  • WhatsApp: send the QR image to customers who pay remotely, with the invoice number in the note.
  • Delivery staff: give them a printed card so customers can pay on delivery.

After you get paid

Give the customer a proper payment receipt with the UPI transaction ID. It takes a few seconds and ends any “I already paid” confusion.

Frequently asked questions

Which apps can scan this QR code?

Any UPI app: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, bank apps and more. The QR code contains a standard UPI payment link with your UPI ID.

Does the money come to me directly?

Yes. The QR code only contains your UPI ID, name and (optionally) the amount. Payments go straight from the customer’s bank account to yours. We never see or handle the money, and nothing is sent to our servers.

Should I set a fixed amount?

For a counter or shop display, let the customer enter the amount. For a specific bill, set a fixed amount so the customer can’t type the wrong figure. You can also add a note such as the invoice number.

Can I put this QR code on my invoices?

Yes. Add your UPI ID in the free invoice generator’s Payment details and every invoice gets a QR code with that invoice’s exact amount.
